General Information
A CCST209 Payment Station is a POS equipment or collection station handled by a person using Software (CPS2000) installed on a PC for the administration of a Parking system. It is compatible with Chipcoins (Mifare® IC cards) where we need an entry terminal that dispatches the token or chip coin to vehicles within the parking lot. In case of network failure, the parking system has the ability to be operated in independent mode (OFF LINE); the data will be saved offline and then sent back to the central administration server once the equipment re-establishes its communication via network (TCP/IP).
The manual payment station reads the encoded data contained in a ChipCoin, calculates and displays the amount to be charged on the screen according to the rates configured from our parking system. Once payment is made, the system allows the printing of a payment ticket with data such as entry and exit time, parking name, etc., the ChipCoin is ready to be re-entered into an entry station and the vehicle can now leave the parking lot.
