Threat Protection License
The Threat Protection license allows you to keep the signature database active and updated for antivirus detection, application-based traffic blocking, and URL filtering with a database of over 120 million URLs in its cloud search engine. Additionally, it offers intrusion prevention service (IPS) that monitors the network for malicious activities.
Hi-Care Standard Level
Hi-Care Standard Support is a maintenance service solution that includes warranty services, technical assistance (TAC), support, and advanced hardware replacement within the shortest time. It helps maintain an efficient and stable network and improve network productivity.
License and Hi-Care Renewal
If licenses or Hi-Care are not renewed, the operations, configurations, and benefits they include will be disabled. To renew, consider the following models:
- LIC-USG6510E-1Y: Includes Threat protection (Antivirus, IPS, and web filtering and application blocking).
- HC-BC-USG6510E-1Y: This is the Hi-Care service for 1 year (Sold separately).
Note: When the equipment is purchased, it is necessary to send an email to licencias@syscom.mx to deliver the included licenses, attaching the physical serial number and invoice.
VPN and Client Software
Proprietary Client Software: Yes, Huawei has a VPN client that facilitates secure access over the Internet.
